Why I Was Never Involved With United Way
The first week of May marks my three-year anniversary of working at Perspectives and working with United Ways around the country. In my three years I have been blessed to work with so many amazing United Ways actively changing their communities for the better.
How Your United Way Can Be a Better Friend
Social media is social, so building strong online relationships means there are some basic social norms you need to practice. The most basic of these norms is the Golden Rule: treat others the way you want to be treated. In other words: share content with your followers that you would want to see.
Back to Basics?
In less than two weeks, we will be holding our next webinar: “When the Basics No Longer Work, What’s Next?” If you are struggling with workplace campaigns, how to explain what United Way does, and/or are tired of partner agencies feeling entitled to funding, then this webinar is for you.
Great Rivers – Great Times in Green Bay!
Gary and I headed back from Green Bay, Wisconsin last night after attending the 2017 Great Rivers Conference. It was a wonderful conference and we enjoyed meeting with United Ways from across the Midwest!
